A Distinguished Division
District 106 has a good chance to be a distinguished district. The district needs a total of 41 distinguished clubs. The rest will take care of itself.
If each division is distinguished or at least has enough distinguished clubs to be distinguished, then the district is distinguished. For Division D, the requirement is 8 distinguished clubs, or just three more. Additional distinguished clubs will help the district assuming not every division meets the requirement.
